If you and/or your staff would like to attend training, click on Training to find available training dates, the Attorney ECF Registration Form, and the Application for Training and Pre-Class Exercises. Per the court's hardware/software requirements, you must have a full version of Adobe Acrobat (i.e., not just the free "Reader") to successfully complete the registration process.
The court no longer requires a proficiency exam for attorneys who are currently using ECF in other districts. Click on the Attorney ECF Registration Form, complete the form, and return it to the court by clicking the 'submit' button, on the form, for the office in which you expect to file the majority of your documents. Per the court's hardware/software requirements, you must have a full version of Adobe Acrobat (i.e., not just the free "Reader") to successfully complete the registration process. Upon receipt of the ECF Registration Form, the court will issue a live ECF login and password to your e-mail address(es) indicated on the ECF registration form. Once a live login and password have been issued, paper filed documents will no longer be accepted except as provided in the Court's General Orders and Administrative Procedures. The court is accepting ECF registrations from CREDITORS for limited participation in ECF to solely electronically file claims, address changes, special notice requests, notices of appearance, and reaffirmation agreements. Click on the CREDITOR ECF Registration Form, complete the form, and return it to the court, either by clicking the submit button, or by submitting it via e-mail to training_pdx@orb.uscourts.gov. Upon receipt of the ECF Registration Form, the court will issue an ECF login and password to your e-mail address(es) indicated on the ECF registration form.
