You must have a full version of Adobe Acrobat (not just the free "Reader") to successfully complete the registration and training process and comply with the court's filing requirements.

To register:
Complete the Attorney Registration Form and save it to your computer.
Use the
Attorney Registration web page to enter additional registration information and submit the registration form.
Upon receipt of your registration, the court will verify admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, if applicable, and issue an ECF login and password via email.
Creditors may register to electronically file claims, address changes, special notice requests, notices of appearance, and reaffirmation agreements. As of June 1, 2011, creditors filing more than 10 documents annually with the court must file electronically using ECF.

Upon receipt of your registration, the court will issue an ECF login and password via email.
