Pay.gov Duplicate Billing Issue

Wednesday, September 17, 2014

Pay.gov, the company that processes internet credit card transactions for the U.S. Courts, has notified all bankruptcy courts that transactions processed yesterday, September 16, 2014, were inadvertently billed to customer credit cards twice.  Incorrect charges are now being reversed.  Affected customers will see the reversal on their statements by tomorrow.  We apologize for this inconvenience. Pay.gov is actively working to prevent this from happening again.

Questions can be directed to Pay.gov customer service at 800-624-1373, option #2, or via email to pay.gov.clev@clev.frb.org.
