Reaffirmation Agreements - When Set for Hearing

The court sets the following reaffirmation agreements for hearing:

A Chapter 7 reaffirmation agreement that is not signed by an attorney, whether or not it involves a credit union. File using the event Reaffirmation without Attorney Cert. An exception is when the debtor is reaffirming a consumer debt secured by real property; such an agreement must be filed using the event Reaffirm Consumer Debt Secured by Real Prop and will not be set for hearing by the court.

A Chapter 7 reaffirmation agreement that is signed by an attorney but involves undue hardship, unless it involves a credit union. File using the event Reaffirmation with Attorney Cert and answer the hardship question accurately.

A Chapter 12 or 13 reaffirmation for debtor attorney fees. File using the event Reaffirmation Agreement for Debtor Attorney Fees in a Chapter 12/13 Case.
