The Court installed version 1.2 of NextGen CM/ECF on Saturday, July 28. It included a new version of the Judge/Trustee Assignment (JTA) program. When a debtor's attorney runs JTA, the debtor's attorney will receive a confirmation screen displaying the judge, trustee, 341(a) meeting date, and chapter 13 confirmation hearing date (if applicable). However, the new program will not create a docket entry or notice of case filing until the court has completed its review of the case filing and a batch job is run between 5:00 and 5:30 PM.
