Due to inclement weather, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon Clerk's Office in Portland, Oregon, will be closed to the public on Friday, January 19, 2024. Clerk's Office staff will work remotely and are available at (503) 326-1500 or (541) 431-4000 if you require assistance. Drop box services will not be available at the Portland office.  Parties without an attorney may file documents via the Public Document Upload system. Payments may be made online via Pay.gov. 

The Eugene Clerk's Office will be open to the public during normal business hours.
