In addition to stylistic revisions, the chapter 13 plan form has been revised in response to Evans v. McCallister (In re Evans), revised to add language to satisfy § 1325(a)(4) and provide for interest to unsecured creditors in solvent estates, and revised to add clarity and directions to use LBF 1301 or LBF 1302 where appropriate.
