General Order (G.O.) No. 22-1, which rescinds G.O. 20-4, has been issued and posted on the court’s website.  G.O. 20-4 adopted interim revisions to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1020 that implemented provisions of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act which have now expired.

The court is making changes to events for filing reaffirmation agreements that will go live on April 4, 2022. The Ninth Circuit has extended the deadline for the 2022 Ninth Circuit Civics Contest. Entries must now be submitted by 11:59 p.m. PST on March 28, 2022. This year's theme is The First Amendment and the Schoolhouse Gate:  Students Free Speech Rights.
