The Court has replaced LBF #101, Change of Address, with LBF #101C, Change of Creditor Address, and LBF #101D, Change of Debtor Address.  Address changes for other parties may be submitted by submitting a signed request.  Creditors who have filed a claim will no longer need to file an amended claim to update their payment address.  Address changes for claimants will appear on the claims register.
