Portland and Eugene Bankruptcy Clerks Office Closed to the Public on December 24, 2024

The Portland and Eugene divisional offices will be closed to the public on December 24, 2024.  All payment deadlines set for 12/24/24 have been extended to 12/26/24.

Clerks office staff will work remotely and are available if you require assistance.  There are no hearings scheduled for December 24, 2024.  Drop box services will not be available at either divisional office.  Parties without an attorney may file documents via the Public Document Upload system or by fax with a cover page that includes the filer’s phone number and email address to (213) 401-1577.  Payments may be made online via Pay.gov
