Debtors may now obtain hearing dates for LBF 1366, Notice of Hearing on Ch.13 Trustee's Motion to Dismiss/Convert Case or 10 Day Notice of Default, from the court's website.  Available hearing dates for all judges can be found on the Hearings menu under Ch.13 Trustee's Motion to Dismiss (LBF 1366 Only).  The landing page will provide you with instructions on choosing the date to insert into the notice of hearing, and also includes a link to new procedures for filing LBF 1366.
