Due to inclement weather, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office in Portland, Oregon, will open on a delayed start, at 9:00 a.m., February 5, 2025. Drop box services will not be available at the Portland office.  Parties without an attorney may file documents via the Public Document Upload system. Payments may be made online via Pay.gov.
