Court to Remain Open During Government Shutdown

For the duration of the government shutdown, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon will remain open and continue operations. The court will continue to accept new case filings, receive and process documents and fees, and hear matters. CM/ECF, ePOC, and eFinCert will remain operational to accept electronic filings. The public counter and telephone lines will be open during normal business hours.

Section 341 meetings of creditors will be held as scheduled unless further notified.
