The electronic Proof of Claim (ePOC) system is now available. You can use ePOC to create, amend, and electronically file a proof of claim. You can also use ePOC to withdraw a claim or file a Rule 3002 mortgage notice. Using ePOC does not require an ECF login and provides you an electronic filing receipt and the ability to view and save a copy of your filed document.
