At its March 2020 session, the Judicial Conference approved inflationary adjustments to fees on the appellate, district, and bankruptcy court miscellaneous fee schedules, and on the Court of Federal Claims and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation miscellaneous fee schedules. Filing fees for the most common chapters will be: Chapter 7, $338; Chapter 11, $1,738; Chapter 12, $278; and Chapter 13, $313. These changes are scheduled to become effective December 1, 2020.
