The Court has entered General Order 20-4 adopting Amended Interim Bankruptcy Rule 1020 relating to the Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019 (SBRA). The amended interim rule was necessitated by enactment of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the "CARES Act") on March 27, 2020. The Court previously entered General Order 20-1 adopting Interim Rules related to the SBRA.
