The U.S. Trustee has announced that all Section 341 meetings of creditors in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases originally scheduled to be held on March 17 through March 27 will be rescheduled to an alternate date to permit them to be held by telephone. All Section 341 meetings of creditors in chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases originally scheduled to be held on March 30 through April 10 will remain at the scheduled date and time, but will be held via telephone. As the new dates become known, they will be posted to the Court Operations During Coronavirus (COVID-19) Outbreak page of the court website. Notices of the rescheduled meeting dates will also be sent.
