Scheduling Changes Coming to CM/ECF and ORB Website

Monday, May 17, 2021

The court is pleased to announce that the previously postponed implementation of a new court calendar system (CHAP) will now occur on Monday, May 24, 2021. This change will affect how hearings are scheduled. Filers should continue to obtain hearing dates from the court’s website or from the courtroom deputy assigned to the hearing judge. However, when e-filing notices of hearings, filers will select a hearing date from a dropdown list instead of separately entering the hearing date, time, and location. Filing instructions for affected documents have been updated on the ECF Procedures page.

On Tuesday, June 1, 2021, the judges’ hearing calendars and 341 meeting calendars on the court’s website will change. The current judges’ calendar report interface will be replaced by lists of the judges’ hearings. The 341 meeting report will be replaced by a report that permits searches by date, trustee, office, and chapter.

The court will also introduce a versatile mobile calendar application in early June.  Further updates on how to download the new mobile app will posted on the court's website in the coming weeks.
