Proposed additional changes to the Local Bankruptcy Rules have been posted for review here. They relate to proposed revisions of the U.S. District Court Local Rules pertaining to bankruptcy. These new proposed rule changes are in addition to the proposed local rule and form revisions previously published for public comment.

Provided the corresponding Local Rules are adopted by the U.S. District Court and these rule changes are approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, these rule changes will be effective December 1, 2020.
