The Bankruptcy Noticing Centering (BNC) is currently experiencing a nationwide outage. As a result, the delivery of electronic and paper notices has been interrupted, and the BNC is unable to provide noticing services to the courts at this time. Please note, the outage does not affect the electronic delivery of Notices of Electronic Filing, which continue to be generated and distributed normally through CM/ECF.
